Contract TMF Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical TMF Specialist to support Trial Master File activities across multiple clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TMF operations across clinical studies
• Coordinate TMF plans, documentation, and workflows with CROs and vendors
• Ensure TMF quality, timeliness, and completeness throughout the study lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences + 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Veeva Vault eTMF
• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of TMF processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
