Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation & UX Writer - Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and restructure existing content to enhance user experience and understanding of complex security concepts
• Collaborate with design teams to create clear UI copy including labels, tooltips, and error messages
• Develop and manage technical content in Paligo, ensuring a single source of truth through structured authoring

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Paligo or a similar component-based authoring environment
• Deep understanding of Information Architecture for scalable content restructuring
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and security testing methodologies like ADR, SAST, and IAST
• High comfort level navigating Staging and Production environments to ensure documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with using AI tools for rapid drafting and content optimization
