Job Summary

To develop a theologically grounded book on praying Scripture, the contract writer will work remotely on a per-project basis, focusing on researching, outlining, and writing a full-length manuscript while collaborating closely with the editorial team to ensure theological alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, outline, and write a manuscript of approximately 45,000-75,000 words
• Collaborate with the editorial team through multiple rounds of revision
• Ensure the content aligns with the company's doctrinal commitments

Required qualifications

• Mid-level writing experience, particularly in theological or spiritual topics
• Demonstrated ability to articulate a clear target audience and purpose for the book
• Experience in writing full-length manuscripts or comparable projects
• Knowledge of Scripture and its application in prayer practices
• Previous publishing or writing experience is preferred
