Job Summary
Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Paid Media Project Manager will manage the operational workflow of paid media campaigns across Meta and YouTube, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, external agencies, and creative partners while focusing on building robust project management systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable project management system in Asana, overseeing the end-to-end campaign workflow
- Coordinate across teams to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of creative assets while managing the creative asset pipeline
- Run weekly campaign stand-ups and maintain campaign trackers, providing clear status updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project management experience supporting marketing or creative teams
- Proven fluency in Asana or similar work management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ concurrent workstreams effectively
- Experience in designing or significantly improving project management systems
- Self-directed with a strong comfort level in a fully remote environment
