Contracting Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Contracting Lead will manage the procurement process, vendor onboarding, and contract documentation to facilitate client deals and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Triage incoming requests from sales and manage vendor onboarding and compliance forms
• Oversee contract management, including NDAs and DPAs, ensuring timely execution and review
• Maintain the procurement process and systems, tracking deals and supporting the sales team with documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience with vendor security questionnaires and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), e-signature platforms (DocuSign), and procurement portals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines
• Comfortable reviewing contracts and engaging with client procurement and legal teams
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to improve processes
