Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day contracting operations, the full-time hybrid Contracting Manager will manage vendor and service agreements, ensure compliance with legal standards, and lead a team while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize contract processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all FQHC-related contracting activities, including vendor, provider, and service agreements
• Supervise Contracts Specialists and conduct regular performance feedback sessions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in contract management, or MBA/MHA with 5+ years, or JD with 4+ years of relevant experience
• At least 3+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Demonstrated project management capability, including leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in FQHC contracting operations preferred
• Expertise with HRSA compliance considerations preferred
