Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Contracting & Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support payer contracting processes, including scheduling meetings and managing contract documents
• Design and maintain processes for tracking contract renewals and optimizing team workflows
• Provide post-signing support, including contract handoff and creating contract summaries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in healthcare with health plans or providers
• Master's degree and 6+ years in value-based care contracting preferred
• Understanding of the health plan contracting process
• Strong project and process management skills
• Proven success in a team-oriented, matrixed environment
