Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MCO Contracting Specialist to manage contracting processes and relationships with payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage Managed Care agreements, including contract language and pricing
• Perform full life-cycle contract management and serve as a liaison for contract negotiations
• Analyze contract performance and support ongoing evaluation of payer reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or associate degree/equivalent experience with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• 2-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and modeling
• Strong data analytics skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of credentialing and revenue cycle operations related to Managed Care
• Experience with infertility contracting is preferred
