Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MCO Contracting Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and support Managed Care agreements, including contract language review and pricing
• Perform full life-cycle contract management and serve as a liaison between the organization and payers
• Monitor contract performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or associate degree/equivalent with 5-8 years of experience
• 2-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and contract modeling
• Strong data analytics skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of credentialing and revenue cycle operations related to Managed Care
• Experience with infertility contracting is preferred
