Supporting the contracting team in managing Medicare Advantage Contracting, the full-time remote Contracting Specialist will assist affiliate agencies, provide customer service to agents, and collaborate with various departments while handling administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and processing Medicare Advantage Contracting
  • Communicate with affiliate agencies and provide customer service to agents
  • Support Contracting and Accounting teams with data entry and general office tasks
Required qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of contracting processes, particularly in Medicare Advantage
  • Experience in customer service and communication with agents
