Job Summary
Working remotely, the Contracting Specialist will manage the preparation and amendment of employment and 1099 contracts for clinical providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and amending contracts and agreements for new hires and existing clinical employees
- Coordinating the contract execution process and obtaining necessary approvals
- Maintaining accurate provider contracting information and managing data within CONGA
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in contract preparation preferred
- Proficiency in CONGA and MS Office products, including Word and Excel
- Ability to discuss complex contracting issues with candidates and their attorneys
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
