Job Summary

Leading the development and management of contractor programs, the full-time Contractor Development Specialist will oversee the recruitment and growth of Service Pro Contractors while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance program offerings and ensure contractor success.

Key responsibilities
  • Capture and prioritize customer requirements to maintain and develop the Service Pro program
  • Manage the creation and execution of program materials, training, and events in collaboration with marketing
  • Track program progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and partnership across teams
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; college education preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and program management effectiveness
  • Proven track record of sales and business development growth
  • Strong strategic planning, organization, and leadership skills
