Contractor for Site Budgets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contractor, Site Budgets and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee site budget templates in collaboration with CROs and internal colleagues
• Negotiate site agreements and maintain oversight of CROs to ensure timely execution of contracts and amendments
• Act as the primary contact for contract language escalations and coordinate contracting activities across studies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7 years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, including 3 years in site budget and contract negotiation
• Thorough understanding of Clinical Operations, GCP, and relevant ICH/FDA/EMA guidelines
• Deep knowledge of site budget structures and common legal terms
• Experience with trial cost benchmarking software
