Key Responsibilities

• Drive contractor activation and engagement by improving work order acceptance rates and contractor responsiveness
• Own proposal conversion by removing friction between accepted work orders and published proposals
• Shape marketplace strategy by turning contractor insights into actionable intelligence and presenting data-backed recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply-side growth, account management, or contractor/vendor enablement
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical instincts to diagnose root causes from performance data
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
• Preferred experience in construction, home services, real estate, or two-sided marketplaces
