Contractor Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the contractor onboarding pipeline, the remote Contractor Onboarding Specialist will oversee the onboarding process, train approved contractors, and improve operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the contractor pipeline by evaluating prospective contractors and guiding them through the onboarding process
• Oversee and enhance the contractor onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to activation
• Coordinate training activities and serve as the primary contact for contractors throughout the onboarding journey

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, business development, or pipeline management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
• Experience with contract and/or pricing negotiation preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
