Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor Outreach Specialist to join their Onboarding Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach calls, emails, and texts to prospective contractors
• Guide contractors through the registration and onboarding process while addressing concerns in real time
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems and collaborate with team members to achieve goals

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in call center, inside sales, recruitment, or onboarding/success/support roles
• Strong resourcefulness and relationship management skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Salesforce, MS Teams, and O365 platforms
