Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage a portfolio of contracts and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor invoices and budgets, and mitigate cost overruns
  • Support Project Managers by providing guidance on contractual requirements and managing project start-up and close-out processes
  • Analyze, prepare, and negotiate various contractual agreements and develop strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing Government contracts and Subcontracts under FAR, DFAR, and other agency supplements
  • Experience preparing and finalizing contract documents and conducting negotiations
  • Experience performing contract closeouts and coordinating contractor performance evaluations
  • Proficient in using Contract Lifecycle Management tools and creating Excel spreadsheets
