Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to negotiate and administer contracts and subcontracts while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturer, service provider, supplier, and customer contracts effectively
- Draft, negotiate, and analyze contracts and subcontracts involving the purchase or sale of goods and services
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements while maintaining organized contract files
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years of Federal contract administration experience, preferably in the DoD sector
- Experience with subcontracts is desired
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, TAA, and BAA
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required
