Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage legal and procurement processes related to vendor and supplier agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline standard agreements using established templates
- Manage the intake and organization of new contract requests from internal business partners
- Oversee the signature process and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management system
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a paralegal role
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree or College Diploma); Paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency with eSignature tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
- Experience in reviewing standard contracts and understanding basic legal concepts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
