Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage legal and procurement processes related to vendor and supplier agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and redline standard agreements using established templates
  • Manage the intake and organization of new contract requests from internal business partners
  • Oversee the signature process and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management system
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a paralegal role
  • Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree or College Diploma); Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Proficiency with eSignature tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
  • Experience in reviewing standard contracts and understanding basic legal concepts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
