Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support a short-term project related to corporate office relocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review active third-party vendor contracts to identify notice provisions and required delivery methods
  • Prepare and distribute formal address change notices in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Manage and track vendor notifications and follow-up communications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement, or corporate paralegal support
  • Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
  • Ability to review and interpret contract notice provisions and related contractual language
  • Experience managing contract administration workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
