Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, revision, and execution of contracts related to the purchase and sale of goods and services
  • Maintain internal databases with legal documents and track authorizations and correspondence
  • Prepare contract briefs, change notices, and perform closing activities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Aptitude for technology and data interpretation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
