Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the administration of quote and contract documentation for enhancing school safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a process for recording and prioritizing documentation inquiries and requests
- Produce Quotes and Change Order documentation with high accuracy
- Coordinate with Accounting to capture and document financial impacts of transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in contracts administration or related business support roles
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply
- Proficient user of Salesforce and familiar with G-suite office tools
- Basic understanding of credit memos, invoicing practices, and contracting principles
