Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the administration of quote and contract documentation for enhancing school safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a process for recording and prioritizing documentation inquiries and requests
  • Produce Quotes and Change Order documentation with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with Accounting to capture and document financial impacts of transactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in contracts administration or related business support roles
  • Recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient user of Salesforce and familiar with G-suite office tools
  • Basic understanding of credit memos, invoicing practices, and contracting principles
