Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support contract administration and procurement operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle including intake, SOW drafting support, submission, tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate contract processes within systems such as Coupa or similar platforms and manage purchase orders and invoice processing
- Maintain contract trackers, repositories, and reporting tools while serving as a liaison between internal teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in business operations, contract administration, procurement, or related roles
- End-to-end contract lifecycle management experience required
- Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management
- Familiarity with contract management systems and operational reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
