Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support and enhance the operational effectiveness of the Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global signature process and oversee the agreement filing process
- Assist Legal and Sales teams with queries and provide guidance on the signature process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on legal operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in legal operations or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with contract management systems and electronic signature platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism
