Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support and enhance the operational effectiveness of the Legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the global signature process and oversee the agreement filing process
  • Assist Legal and Sales teams with queries and provide guidance on the signature process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on legal operations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in legal operations or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and electronic signature platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism
