Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts & CLM Administrator to manage and optimize their contract lifecycle management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the internal contract management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain various contracts and related documentation
- Track contract lifecycle activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management systems or document management systems
- Experience with healthcare contracts and familiarity with regulatory considerations
- Ability to understand and interpret basic legal language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts in a high-volume environment
