Job Summary
Supporting government contract administration activities, the part-time Contracts Administrator will manage contract-related records, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely in a detail-oriented role.
Key responsibilities
- Administer contract-related records and documentation for government contracting activities
- Review agreements and supporting files to ensure completeness and timely follow-up
- Assist with contract coordination tasks and maintain organized files while protecting sensitive information
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, or a closely related area
- Exposure to federal contracting regulations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage contract administration tasks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
