Job Summary
Supporting contract administration for a diverse portfolio of federal contracts, the full-time Contracts Administrator will manage contract lifecycle execution, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with federal regulations in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Development by coordinating NDAs, teaming agreements, and proposal compliance requirements
- Review contract awards for accuracy and coordinate internal implementation of contracts and subcontracts
- Administer contract modifications and support contract closeout activities, ensuring alignment with internal systems
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, contracts, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
- At least 5 years of experience supporting federal government contracts and managing contract lifecycle activities
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and various contract types
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
