Job Summary
Managing the contract lifecycle in a remote or hybrid environment, the full-time Contracts Administrator will ensure compliance with company processes, liaise with external legal counsel, and maintain accurate contract records while supporting internal stakeholders through streamlined contract processes and training.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and optimizing the full contract lifecycle to ensure efficient execution of client contracts
- Coordinating internal and external reviews and approvals to facilitate timely completion of agreements
- Maintaining accurate contract records and managing legal agreement templates to support internal contracting processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a related role
- Working knowledge of legal terminology, contract structures, and standard agreement provisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, executives, and legal professionals
