Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts according to client policies and assist in service termination processing
  • Maintain an internal database with legal documents and prepare contract briefs and revisions
  • Track payments and deadlines, monitor contractor performance, and perform closing activities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) with 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Aptitude for technology and interest in learning systems and interpreting data
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and v-lookups
