Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator II to manage and execute contracts accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts according to client policies and maintain an internal database with pertinent information
  • Prepare contract briefs, monitor contractor performance, and track payments and deadlines
  • Participate in proposal planning, assist in contract revisions, and perform quality reviews to mitigate risk
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) with 2 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Aptitude for technology and experience with data input at a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines while being highly organized
  • Experience in database management and interpreting complex information
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
