Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Contracts AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and architecture for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations
• Serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders, translating requirements into implementation plans
• Define integration strategies with enterprise systems and guide the application of AI tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, including 5+ years in CLM solution architecture
• Proven expertise in CLM platforms such as Agiloft, ContractPodAi, or Ironclad
• Deep knowledge of contracting workflows and regulatory compliance considerations
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise security models
