Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support the negotiation, execution, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements and high-risk contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements in alignment with company standards and business needs
• Support completion of High Risk & Mitigation Plan templates/tools, guiding stakeholders on risk requirements and strategies
• Audit the contract repository to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• Background in contracts management with experience reviewing NDA terms and conditions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
• Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
