Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst responsible for drafting and managing various contracts as part of the commercial deal management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms in alignment with internal guidelines
• Review and negotiate contract redlines with Legal and Sales to ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high throughput and meeting service level agreements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields such as sales operations or project management
• Familiarity with standard contract and legal document structures and processes
• Experience using software workflow applications like Salesforce.com and Icertis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of advanced features
