A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Review, negotiate, and revise various customer contracting documents
Collaborate with internal teams to support contracting and order processing
Respond to contract review requests and support other departments in locating applicable contracts

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree required
2+ years of experience working with contracts in a sales/legal department
Experience managing, drafting, and negotiating simple contracts
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Acrobat
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
