Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support customers and sales teams during the contract process.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contracts and related documentation for timely execution and compliance
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers regarding sales contract activities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure contract details and compliance are maintained

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Contract Administration and Customer Service/Sales Support
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Understanding of sales and service processes
