Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of contract requests, facilitating smooth workflows between Sales, Customer Success, and Legal
• Review contract changes to identify and prioritize legal, business, and operational risks
• Draft and revise contracts with high technical accuracy, ensuring documents are execution-ready

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation support, or contract operations
• Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced contract environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with business teams and legal counsel
• Preferred experience in B2G and/or SaaS contracting environments
