Contracts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support federal government programs and manage contract operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage task subcontracts and vendor agreements for compliance and accuracy
• Monitor subcontractor deliverables and ensure adherence to contractual commitments
• Collaborate with various teams to support contract lifecycle activities and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in contracts administration or procurement support
• Experience in federal government contracting environments
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal contracting compliance
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; must reside in the Continental US
