Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to join their team, serving a major financial services client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate assigned non-disclosure agreements with counterparties according to client Playbooks
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders within the client's legal department and M&A and Leveraged Finance businesses
• Draft non-disclosure agreements and related contracts in support of client operations

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• 1-3 years' experience in alternative legal service provider services, with a preference for contracts experience
• Ability to work as part of a team in a remote environment
• Experience in creating client-facing documentation as needed
• Strong written and spoken English skills
