Contracts and Chargebacks Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database
• Analyze and reconcile chargebacks and contract discrepancies, communicating with suppliers as needed
• Manage the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensure timely collection of payments

Required Qualifications

• A two-year degree in business administration or accounting, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of related experience in a transactional accounts receivable environment
• Experience with contracts and chargebacks preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; SAP experience is desirable
• Previous research experience is preferred
