Contracts and Chargebacks Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Contracts and Chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts to ensure accurate processing of contract information
• Resolve discrepancies and variances in contracts and chargeback issues
• Analyze performance metrics and develop plans to achieve departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a 4-year university in relevant fields such as Business or Finance
• 5+ years of working experience with at least 1 year of remote management experience
• Knowledge of Contract & Chargeback processes is desirable
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
