Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Commercial Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage contract negotiations, drafting, and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and performance

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in contract management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with government contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) is preferable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor contract professionals
• Ability to qualify for a U.S. Government Security Clearance
