Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and performance for an assigned portfolio of ~100 active vendors
- Administer vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and oversight of contract lifecycle activities
- Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and manage financial oversight and cost management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, management, or contract administration
- Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors or service providers
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of insurance, COIs, licensing, and vendor risk management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
