Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and performance for an assigned portfolio of ~100 active vendors
  • Administer vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and oversight of contract lifecycle activities
  • Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and manage financial oversight and cost management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, management, or contract administration
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors or service providers
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of insurance, COIs, licensing, and vendor risk management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
