Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract execution and compliance for a portfolio of approximately 100 active vendors
  • Draft, review, and maintain vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with operational and financial requirements
  • Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and manage compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, management, or contract administration
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors or service providers
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of insurance, COIs, licensing, and vendor risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
