Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and performance of approximately 100 active vendors, addressing issues and ensuring compliance
- Administer and maintain vendor contracts, including drafting, execution, and lifecycle management
- Oversee vendor compliance with regulatory standards and conduct performance evaluations against service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vendor administration or contract management
- Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
