Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with approximately 100 active vendors, addressing performance and compliance issues
  • Oversee contract administration, including drafting, execution, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory standards and monitor performance against service level agreements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, management, or contract administration
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of insurance, licensing, and vendor risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
