Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and performance for a portfolio of approximately 100 active vendors
- Oversee contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining vendor contracts
- Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory standards and monitor performance against service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in vendor administration, management, or contract administration
- Experience managing a large portfolio of external vendors or service providers
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of insurance, licensing, and vendor risk management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
