Contracts and IP Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic growth, the full-time Contracts and IP Manager will oversee the contract lifecycle and IP portfolio, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including corporate leases and federal contracts
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Administration to present contract summaries and provide risk-mitigation recommendations
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property across the business

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive contract management experience with small-to-mid-sized federal government contractors
• Deep knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS
• Understanding of contractual data rights clauses for IP protection
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for dissecting complex contractual language
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively
