Job Summary

Supporting the legal team in a full-time capacity, the Contracts and Legal Department Administrator will manage contract administration, oversee the legal request process, and optimize legal operations while working remotely or at the corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the lifecycle of all Company contracts and manage the legal request intake and review process
  • Create and optimize processes for contracts, litigation, and compliance tracking
  • Assist in developing templates, playbooks, and SOPs for recurring legal tasks
Required qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree with experience in contract management and paralegal work
  • Experience implementing and managing a contract/document management system
  • Superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Google suite products
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Company matters
