Contracts and Legal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Legal Senior Manager for Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the contract negotiation process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership and support to the Contracts & Legal team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and team development
• Manage risk by reviewing data privacy addendums and vendor submissions, and maintaining the organization's Risk Register

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in law, business administration, management, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in contract and risk management or a related field
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001 principles
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management system is a plus
