A company is looking for a Counsel, Contracts & Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor and commercial contract negotiations, including drafting and resolving legal issues
• Identify and implement AI-powered legal solutions to enhance contracting efficiency
• Develop standardized contract templates and training programs for cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of three years of legal experience focused on commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of standard commercial contract provisions
• Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of agreements with minimal supervision
